About Miss Ali

Allison J. Snyder, or “Miss Ali” to the hundreds of children and families she has worked with over the years, has been providing dynamic speech and language services since 1998.

Her experience ranges across all ages and settings, from birth to geriatric, but she is especially passionate about helping young learners to increase their communication confidence. She understands that the “way to words” is not the same for all learners and that it can include the use of gestures, signs, and the use of alternate and/or augmentative communication.

Miss Ali is extremely skilled at diagnosing and working with children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She has over 30 hours of continuing education on this topic and has helped countless preschool aged children overcome obstacles associated with this motor speech disorder to become fully conversational and intelligible.
